He asked us first about our sleeping habits, if we had back problems and how long we had our mattress. He made us feel comfortable with the bed we selected and the price. Soon after we left he called and told us our mattress was on back order and would not be here for another week but he did a free upgrade so we could have our mattress the next day! We told him we would be back in a few months for another mattress for our other room because our experience was so positive! Diego was the best!!!
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆November 08, 2019, by Becca MillerWhat a scam! Went into the store to potentially purchase a bed. Salesman did our sleep I.Q. which gave us a list of about 6 beds to choose from. After trying out the beds, we came down to 2 we were interested, both of which were over 2500 dollars a piece. While I had no intentions of spending that much on a bed the salesman and sales manager both explained to my husband and I that they had a 90 day return policy. So after thinking we had 90 days to try it risk free we made the purchase, they ran out credit card and then gave us a receipt. After sleeping on the bed for 3 weeks we decided this was the most uncomfortable bed we 've ever had. So my husband 1st called temper pedic who explained we would have to go through the store we bought it from. So, he called the store, where they explained it wasn't actually a return but an exchange for greater or equal value plus a 200 dollar recycle fee. Not how it was explained to us at all, and the district nmanager says" our policy is clearly stated on the back of the receipt." The receipt we received after the purchase was made. I told the district manager I no longer care to do business with people who are deceptive in there sales pitch. At this point were in limbo at the 2500 dollars we spent. Everyone from the district manager down the line were not concerned it straightening this situation out and told us that that is not how there salesperson pitched the product.
