  I have been coming to Littmans for years...got my wife's engagement and wedding rings here as well as an assortment of other jewelry. I called ahead to this location about a necklace I had under warranty that needed to be fixed. They said that they did have a repair person on premise so I made the drive. Only to find a sign that the store was closed due to inventory. A man came to the gates and asked how he could help, I reiterated why I was there, then he gave me a bogus story that I had to wait a week while I clearly was looking at a woman working on jewelry in the background! Needless to say after I go to the White Marsh location, I will never come back.
