  This review is NOT a reflection of this particular store but of the company as a whole. I will never order through Babies R' Us again after the last two months of hell they put me through. Please be aware if you are buying a monitor for your newborn baby and it doesn't work (when you JUST opened it), if outside of 30 days of purchase, they say "too bad so sad" and please call the manufacturer... oh and they provide the wrong manufacturers contact information, then you need to pay shipping costs out of your own pocket to get the unit to the manufacturer, and then the manufacturer sends the 'fixed' unit back to you but that also does not work, so Babies R' Us sends you a credit of $25 for your troubles when the unit cost $249.99. Okay sure. So, you have to fight and email and call everyday to finally get someone to listen to you to get a refund... then you have to call every single day to make sure that refund is sent back to you but it's not because they sent it to the wrong email address, even though you verified it with them multiple times. Never. Again.
